Delivery
Access is granted instantly via your account/dashboard or email after successful payment.
Refund eligibility

Downloads/Accessed content: Once digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, it is non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Not accessed: If you have not accessed any content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid period is non-refundable.

Free trials (if offered): Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Duplicate charges/technical errors: Fully refundable upon verification.

Unauthorized payment: May be refunded after investigation (we may request supporting evidence).

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
